Home Plus Home Buyer Income Cap Raised to $109,965

On May 1st, 2020, Home Plus and the AzIDA increased the maximum income limit for home buyers to $109,965. This increase occurred on all Home Plus products that were previously limited to a $105,291 cap.
Home Plus Home Buyer Income Limit Raised - May 1st, 2020

Effective with new loan reservations on and after May 1st, 2020 the AzIDA HOME Plus borrower income increased to $109,965. (an increase of more than $4,500)

  • The Fannie & Freddie 80% AMI figure and the income limits on the non-forgivable DPA options will remain unchanged for now.
 

Through our new partnership with Mountain West Financial (wholesale) the AzIDA HOME Plus program is now available to mortgage brokers throughout Arizona.

 

Also, as a reminder,

  • ALL the HOME Plus DPA options are active and available.
  • We have not had any delays in service or funding.
